An electrician picks up
You speak to a technician, not to a call centre on the other side of the country.
We secure it remotely
We tell you which breaker to kill and what to unplug while we head out.
Diagnosis on site
The price is confirmed before the work starts. No surprises on the invoice.
The power is back
Written report, parts guaranteed 2 years, labour guaranteed 1 year.
The questions from the phone. Our answers without the runaround
These are the four questions that come up on every call. The answers are the same by day and by night.
How much does an emergency visit cost?
The trip and diagnosis are billed at $125 during the day and $195 between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. and on weekends. That amount is credited on the invoice if you accept the work.
Do you come out at night and on holidays?
Yes, 365 days a year. Night service is covered by two crews in rotation, never by a subcontractor.
Are you licensed and insured?
RBQ licence 5812-3456-01, member of the CMEQ, and $2M in liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request before any work starts.
What should I do while I wait for you?
Shut off the breaker for that circuit if you can do it safely, unplug the affected devices, and do not touch any bare wire. We guide you on the phone while we head out.
